Visual elements like background images may temporarily disable to reduce latency but restore after the session ends. Avoid using your mouse or keyboard unless instructed, as your inputs override the technician's. A connection bar displays at the top, and a notification confirms when the session has ended.
The software employs 256-bit encryption, advanced validation, and premium reporting. It undergoes third-party security audits and rigorous vulnerability testing with timely patches. Solution Innovators adds extra security layers to prevent exploitation.
Security software may flag remote access programs as a precaution. This requires adding an exclusion to download or run the program. Our team can guide you through this process over the phone — just give us a call.
No. This is a single-use program — a new code and download are required for each session. It's a zero-footprint application; nothing remains on your computer after the session ends except a non-functional downloaded file, which you can safely delete.
